Walt Disney World plans to hold Disney After Hours events at three of its theme parks in early 2024, including the opportunity to double-dip a fireworks show at Magic Kingdom.
Nighttime access to Epcot, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom requires a separate ticket from regular daytime admission, which is valid for three hours after the park officially closes for the day. A limited number of slots are available at each event and are designed to reduce wait times on major rides and attractions.
If you have an after-hours ticket, you can enter the park from 7 p.m. This ticket does not require a park reservation.
Admission also includes popcorn, ice cream novelties, and select beverages throughout the park during the event.
At Magic Kingdom, event attendees will see the return of “Enchantment,” a nighttime spectacle seen during Disney World’s 50th anniversary celebration. After Hours attendees who arrive early will be able to watch the current end-of-night show, “Happy Ever After,” on the same night. According to Disney, Magic Kingdom will operate 20 attractions and experiences on the night of the event, including the TRON Lightcycle/Run, which debuted at the park in April and operates with a virtual queue. This includes waiting lines.
