A customer recorded a video of a Walmart employee running amok in the store after being told he was fired before the holidays.
In a viral TikTok clip, a user named Skye took to the platform to share a clip that read, “POV: Employee fired before vacation (extension).”
The video shows the employee in question wearing a blue Walmart uniform moving around the store and throwing items on the ground. Items are scattered across several aisles, and she can be seen flipping them off the shelves.

At one point, the sound of some glass breaking was heard, followed by whispers of “be careful” among the customers.

The video, which has been viewed more than 6.1 million times since it was uploaded, also shows a former employee being stalked by Walmart security while processing items from a shelf. But they won’t go into it for a while.
Unsurprisingly, the video attracted a ton of comments and sparked debate among viewers. One person wrote that they were angry at Walmart employees, who “have no regard for their co-workers who have to clean up and restock everything.”

“It’s not worth it. Her frustration is understandable, but this outcome will only make things worse,” another woman reasoned.
However, many were on the side of the employees and sympathized with them, saying, “As someone with past experience at Walmart, they don’t treat the firings with any compassion.”
“I mean, I’m on vacation right now and things are tough here so my heart goes out to her,” another wrote.
The store aims to promote an atmosphere “free from inappropriate conduct, including obscene, profane, crude, violent, discriminatory, bullying, or similarly offensive language, gestures, or conduct.” He has yet to publicly respond to the video.
