Leechburg holds 175th anniversary celebration
The Borough of Leechburg will celebrate its 175th anniversary in 2025, and the event will be held the week of June 9, 2025.
Community members, as well as community organizations, churches, and businesses, are encouraged to help plan the celebration and related fundraisers.
A planning meeting will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, 358 Main Street, Leechburg. Everyone is welcome.
Free lunch will be provided Wednesday at Allegheny Valley Church of God.
Allegheny Valley Church of God, 216 Catalpa St., New Kensington, is offering free lunch at noon on Wednesdays for dine-in or take-out.
