can’t believe it? And who hasn’t seen the new Walmart commercial starring none other than Lacey Chabert as Gretchen Winners, Lindsay Lohan as Cady Heron, and Amanda Seyfried as Karen Smith? right.
Yes, Mean Girls reunited (without Rachel McAdams as Regina George) for a Black Friday ad. This hilarious, on-the-nose parody not only makes you want a Black Friday sale, but also a sequel featuring Gretchen, Cady, and Karen as mothers.
Of course, Gretchen shows up at North Shore High School in a pink convertible with a cosmetic license plate that reads “STRUDLGRL.” And she is still trying to make “fetch” happen. Meanwhile, Karen gives the latest weather forecast, but school counselor Cady can’t help but use the word “terrible” to make the students look miserable.

There are also some cameos from beloved characters, such as Damian (played by Daniel Franzese) and athlete/amazing host Kevin (played by Rajiv Surendra). And Missy Elliott (who contributed iconic songs like “Pass the Dutch” and “Work It” to the film’s soundtrack) also makes an appearance, and the sex education lesson that Cady skips in the film He plays the role of a physical education teacher who teaches. All she’s talking about is Black Friday Sale.

“It was really nice to be together again after all these years. It was fun catching up with everyone,” Lohan told People about her experience filming the commercial.
And Franzese gave us a hilarious quote that reminded us of one of his best lines in the movie.
“I know you’re all looking forward to seeing what we’ve been up to. Walmart has allowed us to work on new projects together to have fun and spread excitement.” That made this event very special,” Franzese said. “There’s something for everyone here (except Gretchen Wieners).”
“Mean Girls” has a special relationship with certain colors on Wednesdays, so it makes sense that Walmart would run a Black Friday sale on hump day.
But you don’t have to wait until the day before Thanksgiving. Walmart’s Black Friday sale will be available online starting November 8th at 3pm EST.
