How long have you been with Telefonica? How do you evaluate your time here?
I have been with this company for 13 years, and this time has helped me grow as a professional and as a person. I started at a very young age and have been part of the huge evolution that corporate communications has undergone over this time, from traditional newsletters and simple text-based websites to the use of multichannel and the emergence of social networks. Ta.
Are there any projects at Telefonica that you are particularly happy or proud of?
I remember adapting the website to the new brand launched in 2021. This was a very challenging project, with little time and few participants due to confidentiality issues. It was a very intensive day of work, but finally, on launch day, our channel and agency corporate websites had a new look and feel, in the same spirit as designed by our brand team. 100% adapted.
What kind of contribution do you think Telefonica has made to society since its establishment?
Something very simple but fundamental: the possibility of connection. In some form (phone, SMS or web application), this connection has made it possible to feel close to our loved ones, regardless of the distance between us.
What do you think will happen to Telefonica in the future?
I think it has the potential to become a benchmark for technology companies.
Can you live without a mobile phone?
I can’t imagine it right now since I use it every day for various tasks, but if I had to answer definitively, I would say yes. I am from the generation that grew up without mobile phones (already a bit older) and I know that life without them is possible, although it is very difficult to readjust.
Help us solve one of humanity’s great mysteries: the potato omelet…does it have onions?
Of course, always use onions, but those who say the opposite do not like onions, and the answer is conditional.
