SALEM, Ore. (KTVZ) – You can now securely manage your health care, food, cash and child care benefits across Oregon from the convenience of your mobile device using the new Oregon ONE Mobile app. People must first apply for benefits online, in person at a local office, or by phone.
This app is available for free from the Apple and Android app stores. This is the official app for the state of Oregon, created by the Oregon Department of Human Services. The development of this app was funded in part by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
“ODHS is committed to meeting with people in Oregon in as many ways as possible to manage benefits, check application status, and share necessary documentation, such as when we receive a request for information during renewal. “I promise you,” said Nathan Singer. , Director of the ODHS Oregon Qualification Partnership. “People can now manage their benefits in person, by mail, by fax, by phone, online and on their mobile using the Oregon ONE Mobile app, available in English and Spanish.”
