There are sure to be several Memphis food and beverage events scheduled for November.
From wine dinners to coffee expos to grilled cheese festivals, there’s something for just about every interest. There’s also Dining Week, which features restaurants in downtown Memphis.
Here are 10 food and drink events you don’t want to miss.
Pascua Wine Pairing Brunch at Char
Char will host a special four-course brunch event on November 4th to sample a selection of wines from the Pascua family’s portfolio. Char pairs her four wines from Italian wineries with a special prix fixe menu created by Chef Anthony Hatten for guests who sit family style in her room for private dining.
Wine representative Tiffany Warne will introduce wine pairings and tasting notes. Dinner price includes 4-course brunch, wine pairing, tax, and gratuity.

memphis grilled cheese fest
Memphis Grilled Cheese Fest is back this year, with the cheesiest fest ever taking place on November 5th.
Attendees will enjoy delicious samples of grilled cheeses, large and small, made in a variety of styles by local chefs, participating restaurants, and natural bone cheese enthusiasts.
General admission tickets include admission to the festival, access to live music, a kids zone, and an adult games zone. Grilled cheese samples will be provided by all participating teams in exchange for a small donation to Thrive Memphis. The team with the most donations wins the fan favorite.

Japanese taste
Taste of Japan returns to the Memphis Botanical Garden on November 5th during the Memphis Japan Festival.
The annual festival features a variety of kitchen trucks and food stalls, offering Japanese food lovers plenty of delicious snacks.
Bento boxes, Asian 7-spice brisket burritos, egg rolls, ramen, rice bowls, and sushi burritos are just a few of the Japanese dishes offered at JCafĆ©, Kuya’s, Memphis AF Burrito, Mr. Casas Japanese & Mexican Grill, and Pokucha’s Eggrolls. is. , Sekisui and STIX. Downtown Dining Week
Downtown Dining Week is back for its 14th year.
This annual event brings together 50 downtown restaurants to offer special lunch and dinner menus. Many items are offered at discounted prices and are designed to introduce first-time customers to the best products.
This is the only time of year you can enjoy a two- or three-course meal at Memphis’ top restaurants for just $20.23. Many restaurants also offer special lunch menus with lunch for two for one at $20.23. Some menus feature our most popular dishes, while others are specials that are only available that week.

Grind City Coffee Expo
Calling all coffee lovers! Grind City Coffee Xpo is back for his 4th annual exhibition. This year’s event will be held at Bridges USA’s new location on November 11th.
This event focuses on coffee culture and everything that comes with it. From the roaster to the shop, Xpo focuses on the great people and passion that exists in the coffee community. Guests can enjoy coffee tastings and attend coffee and cocktail demos.
More than 20 vendors are expected to participate this year, including returning coffee roasters Dr. Bean’s, Coffee Central and Ethnos Coffee, as well as new vendors JoJo’s Espresso, Mo-Bay Beignet Co. and Square Beans.

Vintage901 Perfect Pairing Brunch
Vintage901 will be hosting a Perfect Pairing Brunch on November 12th at The Lobbyist.
Guests will enjoy a four-course brunch tasting menu prepared by The Lobbyist’s Chef Jimmy Gentry and a wine selection hand-picked by Shelby County Commissioner Michael Whaley.

reharvest memphis
Clean Memphis will hold its annual event, “Reharvest Memphis,” on Nov. 16 to raise awareness of sustainability efforts to reduce food waste in Memphis.
This unique, immersive event focuses on the delicious relationship between sustainability and food as local chefs prepare hors d’oeuvres using surplus ingredients collected from grocery stores.
This year’s featured chefs include Arturo Leighton and Sarah Cai of Good Fortune Co., Daishu McGriff of Shroomlicious Meals, and Shane Wigginton and Becky Githinji of Tamboli’s Pasta & Pizza.
Attendees will interact with chefs and sample top-notch restaurant dishes made with ingredients that may otherwise go unsold or otherwise inedible. Complimentary beer, wine, specialty cocktails and mocktails will also be provided.

Bridgerton Brunch at Biscuits & Jams

Miracle pop-up at Broad liquor store
Broad Avenue is finally getting into the festive spirit.
The Liquor Store Restaurant on Broad Avenue is once again partnering with New York-based Christmas pop-up bar Miracle to host Miracle at the Liquor Store this holiday season. This will be our fourth holiday pop-up.
From November 24th to January 1st, The Liquor Store will be transformed into a holiday wonderland.
Miracle is a global pop-up concept that started in New York in 2014. Partnering with bars and restaurants around the world, we offer expertly crafted Christmas cocktails in a cheerful holiday-themed atmosphere. Miracle offers festive cocktail recipes and festive barware.
The flashy, nostalgic holiday decorations were designed by Memphis artist Lindsay Julian of She. Build. thing.

magnolia and mistletoe
East Memphis restaurant Magnolia and May is transforming into a holiday wonderland. The holiday-themed festival, called “Magnolia and Mistletoe,” will be held from November 24th until the end of the year.
We have a holiday-themed cocktail list and holiday glasses. Chip Dunham, chef and owner of Magnolia & May, said the restaurant will also be decorated for the holiday season.
Reservations are required for the dining room, and the bar is first-come, first-served.
