how to contribute
- Define global corporate and trade event plans, monitor local event plans defined by market/channel, share calendars with all departments involved (trade marketing, marketing, supply chain), macro and micro details Coordinates management with all counterparts and teams.participating in an event
- Work with trade marketing teams, retail and corporate design teams to define and share guidelines for local event management and execution with markets/channels.
- Comprehensive management of corporate and trade events around the world, including organizational and logistical aspects before, during and after the event, as well as supplier selection, quotation negotiation, location selection and participants. It provides a basis for managing allocated budgets, including defining lists and managing invitations. , managing travel plans for internal and external customers, catering, transportation, setup, samples, etc.
- Support and monitor other local events (including local sales campaigns) and also ensure compliance with shared guidelines
- Manage your supplier network, find new contacts as needed, negotiate and manage service quotes, and monitor the performance of services according to agreed standards.
- Manage your event budget by constantly monitoring expenses and sharing regular updates with your managers.
- Create follow-up reports for each realized event and share with stakeholders and interested departments
Who are you
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Speaks English and Italian fluently and is also fluent in French
- With advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, focused on results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong network of contacts and suppliers
- A strong team player, able to coordinate various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills
