Job summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced support leader with a strong background in SAP and the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of SAP and other companies. Support application areas (HR, Finance, Supply chain, etc.) and leverage this expertise to support your team, enhance operations and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP management:
- Provide leadership in managing the application and integration of SAP solutions across the organization, ensuring optimal usage and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and collaborate to resolve technical issues, optimize system functionality, and implement upgrades and new modules as needed.
- Coach team members on the effective use of SAP applications and develop an understanding of the system’s potential to improve business operations.
- Conduct regular audits of SAP systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic SAP projects and initiatives.
Enterprise functional application management:
- Direct and align corporate functions such as human resources, finance, legal, and supply chain with the company’s strategic goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure smooth operation of all business units.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics for each feature and take corrective actions as needed to improve performance.
Leadership and team support:
- Leads support department teams towards achieving strategic goals and objectives.
- Fosters a collaborative, collaborative and innovative environment for team members.
- Provides guidance and guidance to team members and facilitates professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within SAP and retail focused environments.
- A minimum of 8 years of team management experience with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP software and its applications in the retail industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and functions to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
