Halloween is just a week away, but you don’t have to wait long to trick-or-treat. Or should I say trunk-or-treat?
Here are 14 events currently happening in Stockton leading up to Halloween.
Sierra Vista Harvest Festival
The Sierra Vista Residence Council and the Reinvent South Stockton Coalition will host a free, family-friendly Harvest Festival on Wednesday from 3 to 6 p.m. Head to 1602 E 11th St. in Stockton for a fun event with a haunted house, best-dressed prizes, and of course, lots of candy.

Pacific University sweets
Don your best Halloween costume and head to the University of the Pacific for a trick-or-treat event on Wednesday, October 25th from 5pm to 7pm. Students and faculty will hand out candy throughout campus. This is a free event for the community.
Lovotti Trunk or Treat Event
Lovotti Inc will be hosting a free trunk-or-treat event for families on Thursday, October 26th from 5pm to 8pm. Candy, food and games will be provided.

Annual Harvest Carnival at Quail Lakes Baptist Church
Quail Lakes Baptist Church will host its annual free Harvest Carnival on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. EPIC Entertainment and its mascot Kazoo will be performing. This event is filled with trunk-or-treat, candy, and lots of food.

Safe Trick-or-Treat Event at Courthouse Plaza
parents by Choice is bringing Halloween fun to downtown Stockton. Head to Courthouse Plaza for a safe trick-or-treating event. In addition to free candy, there will also be games, raffle prizes and giveaways, and a haunted alley. This is a free event for the community.

Trick-or-treating on Yosemite Street
Yosemite Street Village will host a trick-or-treat event Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon. At around 11:30 a.m., there will be candy provided by participating businesses and a costume contest for children, followed by a movie night at 8 p.m. Prizes will be awarded for “Most Creative”, “Scary”, “Cute”, “Best Group” and “Best Pet Costume”.
This is a free event open to the community.
Trick or Treat at Hustle Hub Market Weberstown Mall
Head to Hustle Hub Market on Saturday, October 18th. Trick-or-treating will be held in the vendor area while supplies last. We will also be holding a raffle where you can win Amazon gift certificates! Free face painting for children under 11 will be held from 1 to 3 p.m.

candy on the mile
If you want to go trick-or-treating on the Mile, head to Miracle Mile. A āCandy Crawlā will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. The Bootique Market will be held at Tuxedo Court from 2pm to 6pm.

Trunk-or-Treat with the San Joaquin YMCA at Stockton Sailing Club
The San Joaquin YMCA will celebrate Halloween with Trunk-or-Treat on Thursday, Oct. 28, at Stockton Sailing Club, 4980 Buckley Cove Way. There will be games, vendors, and resources.

Trunk-or-Treat at Sherwood Place
A truck-or-treat event will be held in the SkyZone Sherwood Place parking lot on Saturday from 6 to 8:30 p.m. This event is hosted by Lil Vics Ice Cream & Stockton 209 Cares.

Monster Mash Halloween Bash at Pixie Woods
Pixie Woods will be hosting its annual Monster Mash Halloween Bash on Saturday, October 28th.
Admission to the event includes a carousel ride, treat bag giveaway, and entertainment. Children ages 2 to 12 in costume are admitted free to the event.
General admission is $5. Tickets are available at the Special Events Office at City Hall, Pixie Woods Children’s Park. Purchases must be made in cash only. All sales are final. Pixie Woods Board gave away one free drink ticket, a free photo booth, and a free pumpkin giveaway.

trunk or treat
The SUSD Department of Public Safety, Stockton Police Department, and community members will host the annual Trunk-or-Treat.
Both public safety departments, local businesses and organizations will be handing out candy at the Weber Point Event Center in downtown Stockton from 4 to 6 p.m.
The event will not only provide free candy, but will also feature shows such as a car show and reptile show. This is a free community event for the community.

Candy Crawl at Weberstown Mall
The Candy Crawl is held at the Weberstown Mall in Stockton on Halloween. The crawl begins Tuesday at 5 p.m. Trick-or-treating will also be available at participating stores. Masks or full-face paint are prohibited for those 12 and older, and possession of weapons is also prohibited.

Candy Land at First Baptist Church
Don your best outfit and head out to Candy Land at First Baptist Church of Stockton. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. There will be carnival games, face painting, train rides and, of course, candy. The free family event will also feature food trucks and raffle prizes.
