I’ve always been interested in “fitness”. This means getting hooked on the endorphin rush you get after a sweaty cardio workout, rather than striving for a specific style. Yet, training at home can make you feel like an idiot. FiiT has over 40 instructors and we love getting to know our favorite instructors over the years, choosing classes based on our mood and needs at the time. I live in the UK and there are some familiar faces from the celebrity world, but I’m sure new faces will be added as the app expands further into the US. Every professional manages to bring nothing but good vibes and I always leave the mat feeling more positive.
I love that FiiT allows me to take my workouts with me wherever I go. It’s possible to maintain a solid routine even when you’re away from work, on vacation, or even if you happen to live with your parents (like I did during the pandemic).
Of course, all popular fitness apps support this, but the addition of gym workouts could make it an attractive option for those who actually want to go to the gym. And it’s worth pointing out that FiiT has wider compatibility with fitness trackers than Apple Fitness+ and, in my opinion, is more immersive than Peloton or Aaptiv.
Most of our fitness habits don’t last long. This could be because you don’t like the gym, don’t know what exercises to do, or can’t find any movements you enjoy. Even on the busiest days, a FiiT class can last as little as 10 minutes (training times range from 10 minutes to 90 minutes at “Boss Level”).
