Football season is rapidly gaining momentum, and fans will need to consider all the different ways they can watch their favorite games this fall.
“NFL games this season will be broadcast on more than 10 channels and streaming platforms,” said Corey Lichty, vice president of residential sales for Midco.
“So whether you're looking to follow your favorite team or keep up with your fantasy players, you should start evaluating the service now and getting ready for game day.”
Here's a quick rundown of where you can find the game:
- A typical Sunday/Monday game: Most NFL games are broadcast on ESPN, NBC, CBS, Fox, ABC and NFL Network.
- Thursday Night Football: These matches will be streamed exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
- Regional College Football: Midco Sports® is the exclusive partner for SDSU, USD and UND football coverage, with the exception of select championship games, and you can watch Augustana on Midco Sports Plus®.
- Choose a soccer match: Select games will be streamed exclusively on Peacock.
- NBC/CBS game: If the match airs on NBC or CBS, you can also live stream it on SHOWTIME's Peacock or Paramount+, respectively.
- Christmas Day: New this year, Netflix will begin broadcasting the games on Dec. 25 and has signed a three-season deal to stream at least one holiday game through 2026.
“There's a lot to keep track of, but for Midco customers we can provide them with the right package to ensure they can watch or stream all of our football content,” Lichty said.
“Additionally, games may switch networks mid-season, so we want to help you stay up to date and encourage you to follow our social media channels where we will be posting any schedule changes for your local teams.”

“No matter which package you choose, MidcoTV makes it easy to switch from live TV to any app, which is especially necessary this football season,” Lichty said.

“Our TV Everywhere service allows people to log in on their phone or tablet and watch the game wherever they are,” Lichty said.
Plus, the MidcoTV app lets you watch TV from any device connected to your Wi-Fi network, eliminating fights over TV time in your household.
