Disneyland has hosted After Dark events themed after Disney Channel shows for decades, and will also return three After Dark themes that have quickly become fan favorites.
The Happiest Place on Earth has announced plans to hold four after-hours events in the new year. Valentine’s Day, Star Wars, Pride, and Disney Channel themed events will be held within the first six months of 2024.

- Sweethearts’ Nite (January 23, 25, 30, February 1, 6, 8, 12, 14):
- Disney Channel Nights (March 5th and 7th)
- Star Wars Night (April 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th, 30th, May 2nd, 7th, 9th)
- Pride Night (June 18th and 20th)
Disney Channel Nights will feature homages to different eras of Disney’s children’s television network. During the event, guests can attend a High School Musical-themed pep rally and dance the night away at the Phineas and Ferb dance party in Tomorrowland.
Party guests can also cruise the Rivers of America with the Descendants on the sailing ship Columbia, test their Disney Channel knowledge on the Golden Horseshoe, or sing Camp Rock songs at karaoke.
There will also be photo backdrops with themes such as “Lizzie McGuire,” “The Cheetah Girls,” and “Teen Beach Movie.”
Sweethearts’ Nite will include a projection show at Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, a royal ball hosted by Cinderella and Prince Charming at Small World Square, live music at Tropical Hideaway, and “Lady and the Tramp” ” includes a “Rapunzel on the Tower” themed photo shoot. “Sleeping Beauty” and “Aladdin.”
Pride Night debuted last year and celebrated the LGBTQIA+ community and allies with a variety of dance parties, photo shoots, specialty food, and more.
Each After Dark event in 2024 will be held at Disneyland Park, with a three-hour pre-party mix starting at 6 p.m. The private event will be held from 9pm to 1am. No theme park reservations are required to participate in these separate admission events.
Ticket sales for “Sweethearts’ Nite” and “Disney Channel Nite” will go on sale for Magic Key Holders on December 12th, with general sales on December 14th.
Disneyland officials announced that tickets will be available by 9 a.m.
Ticket sales for Star Wars Night and Pride Night will be announced in the coming months.
