Do you celebrate Hanukkah? The Jewish holiday begins on Thursday night and ends on Friday, December 15th.
The Festival of Lights will be held over eight nights, with daily events throughout Columbus, including menorah lightings and cookie decorating parties.
Easton Town Center Menorah Lighting
Menorah lighting ceremonies will be held at Easton Town Center and Chana’s Columbus on Saturday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. The holiday party will feature raffle prizes, music, dancing, dreidels, sufganiyot (Israeli donuts) and light refreshments.
Maccabee Landing Drydel Drop & Hanukkah Candy Cannon
On Thursday at 4:30 p.m., Maccabee Heroes will skydive into Bebelheimer Park to light the menorah, followed by a helicopter dreidel descent and candy cannons firing Hanukkah candles.
The free event will be held at Bevelhymer Park Yellow Zone, 7950 Bevelhymer Road, Westerville, OH 40381.

friday night of lights
On Friday at 4:30 p.m., guests at the Schottenstein Chabad Center in New Albany will enjoy the lighting of the menorah followed by a three-course meal.

bexley menorah lighting
On Sunday at 6 p.m., donuts, dreidels, dancing and apple cider will be served with Chabad Columbus at the Bexley Menorah Lighting in Drexel Circle.
The event is free and open to the public.
Jewish Heritage Night with the Columbus Blue Jackets
The Columbus Blue Jackets will face the Florida Panthers on Sunday at 10 p.m. Guests will participate in the lighting of the menorah and may even participate in the postgame Slap Shot on the ice.
Tickets are $50 and include a Hebrew Columbus Blue Jackets beanie. Kosher food will be served.
Hanukkah Celebration at Franklin Park Conservatory
The Franklin Park Conservatory Botanical Garden, along with the Jewish Community Center of Greater Columbus, is hosting a Hanukkah celebration on Monday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. This event is part of the garden’s holiday exhibition, “Conservatory Aglow.”
The event will include crafts, activities and entertainment for children, and a public lighting of the menorah at 7 p.m.

Ice skating and menorah lighting at Chiller Easton
At 4:30 a.m. Monday, the OhioHealth Chiller Ice Rink at Easton Town Center and Chabad Columbus will host a “Fire and Ice” Menorah Lighting and Ice Skating Party with Hanukkah music, crafts, donuts and more. Ru. Admission is $10 and registration is online.
Ohio State Capitol Menorah Lighting and Party for Young Jewish Professionals
A Hanukkah party will be held in the State Capitol Museum Gallery on Tuesday at 7 p.m., following the lighting of the State Capitol Menorah.
Hanukkah Winter Wonderland
Kitchen of Life, 2525 E. Main St., will feature cookie decorating and whimsical Hanukkah crafts. The event will be held on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Attendees can RSVP online.
C Teen Limousine Drive
CTeen, a network for Jewish teens, is offering teens the opportunity to ride in a limousine with a fixed menorah playing Hanukkah music and a dreidel championship on Wednesdays starting at 6:30 p.m. provide.
