78% say they use news and information-based apps. 88% plan to use food delivery services. 73% plan to use collaboration and productivity tools. 79% are interested in using health and wellness apps. 75% want to use hospitality, leisure, and travel apps.

38% feel they need a news and information app, and 29% feel they need a gaming app.
45% agreed with the fact that having their banking app down affects their holiday spirit. 44% said it would be worse if an online retailer’s app or website wasn’t working properly.
