More powerful M3 chip lineup

The iMac isn’t the only device being upgraded with M3. Apple also announced a new pair of 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models powered by the M3 Pro chip or the higher-end M3 Max.
Both laptops feature mini-LED displays, 1080p cameras, six-speaker sound systems, 22-hour battery life, and up to 128GB of RAM. It is also available in a space black finish with a new coating to reduce fingerprints, as well as a silver option.
The 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Pro chip starts at $1,999, while the 16-inch M3 Pro model starts at $2,499. These MacBook Pro models are available for pre-order starting today and will be available on November 7th.
Entry-level MacBook Pro without Touch Bar
Alongside the M3 Pro and M3 Max-powered MacBook Pro models, Apple will release a cheaper 14-inch MacBook Pro with the base M3 chip starting at $1,599. The device replaces the 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 chip that Apple released last year, offering up to 60% faster performance.
The Touch Bar model is being phased out, so all keys will be physical from now on. However, this entry-level model has some drawbacks. It comes with just 8GB of RAM and comes only in Silver and Space Gray. Black color is exclusive to high-end MacBook Pros.
