ABC highlighted additional benefits for users with a TV provider account, including the ability to watch every episode of a season across a variety of networks, including ABC, Freeform, FX, National Geographic, etc. Additionally, primetime episodes will be available the day after they air, and customers will also have access to live streaming of current airings.
While the ABC app will be discontinued, the network's popular shows, including “General Hospital,” “Grey's Anatomy,” “American Idol” and “Dancing with the Stars,” will still be available to watch on these alternative platforms. Fans will be able to continue enjoying live news, sports and major events like the “Oscars” and “Emmy Awards” through these new streaming options.
