The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said they received a call about a suspicious person on Cambridge Drive in Clemmons on Sunday. And that’s where investigators say they found Trevor Lewis during a vehicle search. Some say Lewis followed the woman home from a store in Winston-Salem.The Sheriff’s Office announced that he is currently being held in jail without bail because he was out in Pretoria.

After an investigation, authorities said Lewis followed her home from Walmart on Kester Mill Road in Winston-Salem, and on Monday a warrant for misdemeanor stalking was secured and she was arrested. He is currently being held without bail on pretrial release on a previous stalking charge, according to the sheriff’s office. The Sheriff’s Office is reminding the public to be aware of their surroundings, especially during the holiday season. Officers said the suspect, 25-year-old Trevor Antonio Ruiz, was found under the woman’s car. After investigating, authorities said Lewis followed her from a Walmart on Kester Mill Road in Winston-Salem to her home.
