Veterans Day is celebrated on Saturday, but the official holiday will be this Friday. That means many people in northern Nevada, including state and federal employees and Washoe County School District students, will have four days off in the coming week.
But if you’re planning on celebrating a short week, make sure you’re prepared. High temperatures will be in the 50s all week, with scattered rain (and even snow) between now and Friday. Here’s a look at what the week ahead looks like.
