- Zia Credit Union’s Best Day Ever is part of a series of events held across the country to generate 100,000 acts of kindness. This is the first time community banks and credit unions have come together for a national event, demonstrating the local influence and scale of their networks.
Zia Credit Union partnered with Kasasa to host the Best Day in Los Alamos History on Friday, November 3rd. Kasasa offers free rewards checking accounts only to community banks and credit unions, and he has completed 100,000 deeds in collaboration with community financial institutions across the country. Zia Credit Union held local celebrations in Los Alamos, Española and Santa Fe. In addition to offering special acts of kindness to members, Zia staff showed up at local establishments that day and performed random acts of kindness to strangers.
