Cumberland Christmas Lights
Location: McGregor Park, 640 N. Riverside Drive

Details: Light up your display with over 1 million lights. The lights will be on from November 18th to January 2nd, from 5pm to 10pm Sunday to Thursday, and from 5pm to 11pm Friday to Saturday. The lights may be turned off during rainy or bad weather.

Details: The City of Clarksville and Montgomery County jointly host the annual parade of floats and decorated vehicles that departs from Austin Peay State University and passes through downtown.

Details: Downtown Commons (215 Legion St.) will feature live music, Santa Claus, children’s activities and food trucks. County Mayor Wes Golden will light the Christmas tree at 4:30 p.m. Warm up with cookies and hot chocolate at Trinity Parish Hall (317 Franklin St.). Visit First Presbyterian Church (213 Main Street) to attend a live Nativity.

Details: For the first time, Montgomery County will host a family-friendly New Year’s Eve event with singing, dancing and food. There will be a 10-piece live band, dance floor and string lighting set up on the lawn under a transparent tent. There will also be a photo booth trailer, food trucks, lounge seating, an outdoor fire pit, and a surprise midnight “drop.”
