What we’re looking for… 5+ years’ experience in a human resources department, including progressively responsible management experience. He has been leading the team directly reporting to HR for over two years. You have a demonstrated passion for working with people while developing internal employees and leaders. Experience supporting both hourly employees and payroll leaders in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Strong recruiting and proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Demonstrated expertise in manager and employee training. HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) strongly desired
What you will do…Communicate to (or to) individuals or groups (e.g. customers, suppliers, employees), both orally and/or in writing. Increase facility goals (e.g. production, quality, safety) and implement operational improvements. Serve as a community liaison by participating in local and community organizations and charities. Advocates company-sponsored programs and events to employees, customers, and the community. Supervises and/or manages employees and leaders in assigned areas by providing direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. Identify training and development needs and provide learning and growth opportunities. Education, support, modeling logistics and company policies and procedures. Participates in the hiring, promotion, coaching, mentoring, and evaluation of employees, leaders, and managers. Monitors and ensures compliance in areas of responsibility by developing, disseminating, and disseminating logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives. /or maintain procedures and supporting documentation; Investigates employee, customer, and supplier concerns and ensures resolution, using your own judgment or consulting with others, as appropriate. Supervises, directs, and performs day-to-day operations of all human resources functions (e.g., benefits). , hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll, employee relations programs, etc.) by implementing and refining recruitment and staffing efforts; and Monitoring completion of training curriculum. Ensure compliance with company human resources policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations by reviewing and controlling the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of human resources documents. Assist in implementing HR system applications and ensure compliance. Advise, investigate and resolve human resources issues. Analyzes information and data to recommend and/or make HR business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and two years of HR generalist experience with at least one year of supervising, evaluating, coaching, and developing employees (e.g., payroll, workers’ compensation, benefits, etc.). Participate in employee recruitment and promotion, or Walmart Logistics Human Resources Area She has one year of experience where she was responsible for supervising, evaluating, coaching and developing employees as a Manager or Walmart Human Resources Office Manager. Manage employee workload. Participate in the hiring and promotion of employees (including dealing with employment compensation/payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment/staffing, organizational planning, and/or training and development programs), or supervise, evaluate, and evaluate employees; 3+ years of experience in mentoring, development, and workload management. Participation in employee recruitment and promotion, including her one year of experience managing human resources processes (staffing, payroll, employee compensation, benefits, etc.).
Employees must attend and successfully complete all job-required training and assessments (Academy Training, Open Door Training, etc.).
