‘Small Town Christmas’ features holiday events in Oxford

The Fox Business Network television show āSmall Town Christmasā is coming to Oxford to film episodes Nov. 17-20. The show travels to different small towns to show how they celebrate Christmas, with each half-hour episode focusing on one town. Local holiday traditions, including food, music, and other festivities.
Filming in Oxford coincides with two local events: Holly Jolly Holidays, which opens on November 18th, and Lighting the Square on November 19th.
Filming will take place at the Old Armory Pavilion on November 18th from 4pm to 6pm during the opening of Holly Jolly Holidays. The event will feature live ice carving, a visit with Santa, and children’s activities including inflatables and a climbing wall. Powerhouse will also host a “mock” ornament auction party.
We will be filming the square lighting event on November 19th at 6pm.
In addition to these major events, film crews will film additional footage around Oxford during the visit. They encourage locals to attend the event and prepare their Christmas decorations for filming.
The episode featuring Oxford will air on FOX Business Network on December 16th.
