Apple will host an online streaming event for the public and press on Monday, October 30, 2023 at 5:00 PM PT. The company is expected to announce new Macs and possibly other products during the event, dubbed “Scary Fast.” We’ll tell you when and how you can watch it, depending on where you are in the world.
There are multiple ways to watch the October 30th event. Details are below. It also includes a helpful guide to when events are held in specific time zones.
Holding the event at 5pm Pacific Time is an unusually late time for Apple, and in most areas and territories east of London it actually falls on the morning of Tuesday, October 31st, which for many people is Halloween. It will be held in the morning. Be careful not to accidentally miss it due to bad timing.
Apple event website
The Apple Events website lets you watch events live on your Mac, iPhone, iPad, PC, or other device with a web browser. The Apple Events website works with Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and other major browsers.
To watch, simply use your web browser to visit www.apple.com/apple-events/ at the appropriate time. Visit the site now to add event reminders to your calendar.
YouTube
Apple also plans to livestream the event on YouTube. This is probably the easiest and most efficient viewing method. Because YouTube live streams from smartphones and tablets, consoles and smart TVs.

Apple TV app
Apple previously offered a dedicated Apple Events app for Apple TV, but it’s now included in the Apple TV app ahead of WWDC 2020. On the day of the event, there will be a prominent Apple TV app section dedicated to the live stream, available on any device where the Apple TV app is available.
This includes Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac, as well as some smart TVs, streaming devices, and gaming consoles. If you have an Apple TV, the Apple TV app is one of the best ways to watch the event live. Apple isn’t currently updating the Apple TV app for the new event, but it should be added soon.
