Yakima County, Washington – Two events will be held simultaneously in Yakima County over the next few weeks to celebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
Tieton Arts & Humanities in Tieton will host an exhibition event featuring a communal altar and grand celebration on Oct. 29 from noon to 5 p.m.
YAKIMA, Wash. – Firefighters rescued five dogs from a house fire Thursday, according to a Facebook post from Yakima Firefighters IAFF Local 469.
The exhibition will be held at the Mighty Titon Warehouse from October 29 to November 18, and gallery hours are Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 5 p.m.

Union Gap is also celebrating with a communal altar display hosted by the Yakima-Morelia Sister Cities Association.
UNION GAP, WA – McCarley Subaru of Yakima held a groundbreaking ceremony for its new facility on Friday, October 27th.
The event will run from October 28th to November 4th and will be held at Yakima Valley Mall from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Free exhibits include clay art workshops, Aztec dancers, a Catrina competition, student art exhibits, folklore ballet, and more.
