SAGINAW, MI — Cafeteria menus, upcoming events in the auditorium, snow day notifications and more are some of the features included in a new online app available to Saginaw Public Schools students and parents.
School district officials this month launched a free Saginaw Public Schools app, available to Apple and Android users alike.
The app description in Apple’s app store states that the program provides a calendar feature that provides information about upcoming events related to the school district. Lunch menu categorized by day and meal type. Staff contact information. And news updates.
The app also allows users to customize the program to focus on specific schools within the 5,300-person district.
