Introducing issé and morrama’s wearable mixed reality glasses
Conceptualized by industrial design studio Morrama Snazzy a pair of wearable mixed reality glasses Called Issé, it can display widgets, apps, health status, stress status, and digital twins in the wearer’s field of vision.Along with a virtual copy of the wearer, the interior scenery is also included. mixed reality Future developments may change the glasses, blurring the line between reality and the fictional world.
When users want to go for a run, they put on the Issé and see a digital twin projected in front of them, along with a series of hoops or “portals.” When they try to chase down their virtual copies, they jog through these rings as if on a hunting mission. The intention behind the development of still-conceptual wearable mixed reality glasses is to gamify running, exercise, and physical activity.

Flashing apps like smartwatch widgets
Projecting the wearer’s digital twin into a seemingly digitally altered world has the potential to create a fun, experimental environment that can make you feel as if you’re part of a futuristic game. Morama It describes it as a series of otherworldly portals that appear to be projected into the world in front of the wearer’s eyes as they chase their digital twin through a sci-fi scene. Similar to smartwatch widgets, wearers can tailor the view behind Issé’s lenses to suit their requirements, with sci-fi landscapes. The mixed reality screen they see may include daily health notifications to monitor stress throughout the day.
Morrama’s design team, consisting of Founder and Creative Director Joe Bernard and Design Lead Ben Melvin, focuses on minimizing visuals to conserve battery life and allow for lighter lenses. I am. “However, we suggest attaching the power cable to the frame arm if necessary. Sound is transmitted via bone conduction within the frame arm.” says the design team. With Issé, Morrama brings the wearer closer to a utopian sci-fi world filled with wearable technology and augmented and virtual reality.
Morrama’s wearable mixed reality glasses come with interchangeable frames and removable lenses
Issé’s interchangeable frames and removable lenses
Morrama’s Issé takes inspiration from the Latin word ‘issa’, meaning ‘oneself’, turning wearable mixed reality glasses into personalized glasses. Mixed reality lenses can be removed from the frames of your glasses. This is very important to the team’s design concept because the team has devised two frames for his high-tech lenses. The first is a lightweight metal frame with bold neon strips, and the second is a bone-colored structure with organic forms rising through geometric shapes and holes.
Similar to a smartphone with a silicone case, the lens can be pushed out of the frame, allowing the wearer to swap one frame for another. This idea is very important to the design team because it allows for easy lens upgrades and replacements when new sensors or updates arrive. The frame remains low-tech, as 95% of the electronics are built into the lens itself, and its short lifespan allows it to be manufactured from biomaterials that can be degraded or digested by bacteria. It becomes possible to use embedded wires and sensors. It will be collected.
Removable lenses are very important because they allow you to easily upgrade your lenses if new sensors or updates arrive.
