Walmart’s new home office is an opportunity to reimagine where and how we work together. And it starts with the place or space where the actual work takes place: the office.
The campus features 12 uniquely designed office buildings located in neighborhoods surrounded by nature and native plants. With easily accessible parking decks and miles of bike and nature trails connecting campus and the community, whether you commute by bike, e-bike, public transportation, or car, getting to the office is easy. Easy access.
No two buildings are alike, and all are constructed with sustainable materials such as locally sourced bulk timber and dynamic glass, equipped with smart technology and powered by renewable energy. Inside, an employee can start his day in the Coffee Collaborative, a functional collaboration space for meals and meetings, or go straight to his private workspace. We offer a variety of flexible workspaces to suit your needs on any given day, including individual desks, hot desks, soundproof phone booths, dedicated window seating, and soft-lit focus rooms.
When employees are ready to connect and collaborate, they can book one of the tiered or multipurpose meeting spaces available nearby and throughout the office building, including an innovation studio, full-service tech bar, and coffee collab. Masu.
Our office spaces are surrounded by gathering spaces including a lobby-level outdoor patio, rooftop terrace, food truck pavilion, and Helen’s Amphitheater, a large central gathering space in the heart of campus.
Our new campus will be a place where employees from around the world can connect and create, no matter what their day has in store. And most importantly, it will be a place where everyone grows and everyone belongs. We are all proud of Walmart’s rich heritage and excited about our bright future.
