Amy Sarosiek is vice president of corporate communications for Sam’s Club, where she leads a team responsible for driving a unified communications strategy across the business and for more than 100,000 frontline employees. Amy will join Walmart in August 2022 as Director of Communications, Walmart International, where she will build a communications strategy across markets and lead the company around Walmart’s $100 billion international portfolio and its goal to double its business over the next few years. Prior to joining Walmart, she served as Head of Communications for Syngenta’s global seed business, a leader in agricultural science and technology, and played a key role in supporting Syngenta’s IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market. She also worked for several years at General Electric Company, where she led her team in external communications at both GE Healthcare and GE Digital. She held corporate communications roles at LexisNexis and Grainger early in her career, and has PR agency experience for both CPG and pharmaceutical clients.
A global communications strategist with over 15 years of experience, Amy has a proven track record of navigating business transformations, increasing visibility for new organizations, and strengthening brands across a variety of industries. She earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in Bentonville.
