Deputies met the women in the middle of the aisle and asked Mr. Gregory. The report said the woman attempted to dump the contents of her purse on the floor. “After the purse was discarded on the floor,” officers “observed two handguns on the floor,” the report states. The women admitted that they did not approve of either. Deputies said three of the men had concealed weapons permits, according to the incident report. Gregory was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a pistol. Fleming was charged with shoplifting, according to the report. The two were taken to the Union County Detention Center. Deputies said neither woman admitted to having a concealed weapons permit.
