Dave Smith is a comedian, political commentator, radio and television personality. Wilder Blue in concert
Texas band The Wilder Blue released their debut album in 2022, showcasing a sound similar to the Eagles, the Beatles and bluegrass. Bedford Beats and Eats Festival
The annual Bedford Beats and Eats Fest will feature headlining acts from the Randy Rogers Band, as well as cover bands such as Le Freak, Back in Black, 80's Mix Tape and Chattahoochee. Held at Generations Park at Boys Ranch in Bedford, the day-long event will feature a kids' zone, activities, vendors, food trucks, drinks and more.
Hyena Presents Daniel Weingarten
Daniel Weingarten is a Los Angeles-based stand-up comedian who has been featured on Comedy Central and TruTV. Inspired by his experiences as the son of Mexican, Argentinian and Jewish immigrants, his comedy touches on culture, family, relationships and everything in between. He will perform twice at Hyena's Comedy Nightclub on Saturday.
Fort Worth Symphony Performs “Stars of the Symphony”
Three musicians from the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra will be in the spotlight for “Stars of the Symphony,” a special performance celebrating the virtuosity of Cowtown musicians. Principal viola DJ Cheek will perform Bruch's Romance A work for viola and orchestra, featuring English horn player Tim Daniels performing Sibelius' symphonic poem. The Swan of TuonelaPrincipal Trumpet Kyle Sherman will perform Tartini's Concerto in D Major in this one-night-only concert at Bass Performance Hall.
John Waite in concert
British rocker John Waite comes to Fort Worth to perform hits from his 40-year career as a solo artist and with The Babys and Bad English. Waite's hits include some of the most beloved songs of the '80s and '90s, including the #1 hit “Missing You,” The Babys' “Isn't It Time” and Bad English's “When I See You Smile.” Waite will be performing at Billy Bob's Texas.
