PC players can now take full advantage of the enhanced DualSense Edge controller, thanks to the PlayStation Accessories app.
Sony has released the PlayStation Accessories app as an improved version of what was previously, less succinctly, called the “DualSense Wireless Controller Firmware Update.” The app brings “significant improvements to the overall design and user experience,” allowing you to take full advantage of the DualSense Edge's capabilities.
This includes the ability to create, edit, and switch between custom profiles on PC, just like players with a DualSense Edge can already do on PlayStation 5. This would allow you to apply different configurations and settings to a first-person shooter at the touch of a button compared to, say, a racing game or a platform game.
Starting today, PC gamers can unleash the customizable power of the DualSense Edge controller directly on their computers.

The short description shared by X/Twitter above shows how you can customize a variety of options, including control stick sensitivity, control stick deadzone, trigger deadzone, custom button assignments, vibration intensity, trigger effects, and more.
The DualSense Edge also works on mobile devices, so you're getting a lot more bang for your buck for your buck.
IGN gave the controller a 9/10 rating, stating, “The DualSense Edge controller puts customizability at the forefront with slick software and intuitive function buttons, finally giving PlayStation users an answer to the highly praised Xbox Elite.”
The PlayStation Accessories app arrives as Sony pushes ahead with its live services on PC and PS5, with mixed results: Arrowhead's Helldivers 2 launched simultaneously on both platforms earlier this year to runaway success, selling an astounding 12 million copies in 12 weeks and becoming the fastest-selling PlayStation Studios game of all time.
But Concord, the 5v5 hero shooter from Firewalk Studios that also launched simultaneously on PC and PS5 last week, appears to have struggled considerably, with surprisingly low concurrent player counts, at least on Steam.
Sony plans to continue releasing a number of single-player games that first launched on consoles on PC, with Sony Santa Monica's God of War: Ragnarok launching on PC on September 19th, just under two years after its release on PlayStation.
