Similar to cars, Tesla regularly rolls out software updates to its mobile apps that include regular improvements and changes. In recent updates, Tesla has added several new features, including the ability to view recent trips and user interface updates for the Trip Planner feature.
Update 4.26 for the Tesla app has started rolling out, adding a “Recent” tab to the app’s location page, according to release notes shared by . Not a Tesla app. This update also includes improvements to the mobile trip planner interface, making text smaller and[車に送信]The button has been moved to the bottom and now displays the trip length and time. A “Cancel” button is also added below the “Send to Car” button.
Other additions to the Tesla app with this update include the addition of a new circular animation to show the time on the energy chart. Additionally, the automaker has added app support for the Wall Connector in recent weeks, allowing you to view charging history and adjust charging schedules. Although it was already available, the update is currently being listed in Tesla’s release notes. Not a Tesla app.
Earlier this year, Tesla added a feature called Trip Planner that lets you plan road trips from your mobile device. Other mobile app updates this year hint at the addition of Apple AirPlay in the future, as well as the Drive on Sunshine feature that allows users to charge their Teslas with excess energy from their Tesla Powerwall.
