“We incorporate all types of information to improve situational awareness so that when we take command of an incident, we monitor roads, set up billboards, and communicate with police and first responders. Not only will we be able to collaborate, but we’ll be able to work with the snow plows and snow removal crews.” Center,” Adams said.
PennDOT said outside the administration center that District 6 is well prepared for the season. The lack of bad weather over the past few winters has allowed the supply, which includes around 130,000 tonnes of salt, to be maintained.
Currently, PennDOT is still waiting to see what personnel changes will be needed to deal with the storm, both at administrative centers and on the roads.
“We’re tracking the forecast, we’re going to continue to hold briefings until the storm hits, and we’re going to be very adaptable and flexible in our response,” said Brad Rudolph, PennDOT deputy director of communications. Ta.
They say they’re ready to take on whatever Mother Nature brings.
