Employee Theft, Brook Park Road: Police were called to the Brook Park Road store on Dec. 14 after loss prevention personnel observed an employee stealing items.
Arriving officers spoke with the caller who stated that a Garfield Heights resident had been arrested for stealing items valued at over $181.
She was arrested on suspicion of theft.
Shoplifting, Brook Park Road: On December 12, Walmart loss prevention personnel observed numerous customers stealing items from the Brook Park Road store.
Upon arrival, officers found Cleveland attempting to steal items valued at over $705.
They were charged with theft.
Drunk driving, Tiedemannstrasse: On Dec. 14, police observed a 1995 Ford spinning illegally on Tiedeman Avenue near Interstate 480.
While speaking with the driver at Columbia Station, the officer smelled alcohol.
The man was arrested for drunk driving after failing a field sobriety test. He was also charged with making an illegal turn at an intersection.
Lost cash, Biddulph Street: Police were called to the Biddulph Road store on Dec. 10 after a customer reported $80 in cash missing.
The Cleveland man suspected someone had taken the money. There are no suspects.
Police are investigating.
