She also leads Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, which measures and reports on the Foundation’s results-based impact. Ella RamakHe is the director of the Democracy Development Center (DDC), a well-known Ukrainian civil society organization dedicated to the protection and defense of children’s rights.
