Environmental Partnership (TEP) now has a store in Birchwood Park, the North West’s largest out-of-town business destination.
Founded in 1997, TEP currently has five offices and more than 150 employees. The company says it is “delighted” to open its new workspace in Birchwood.
TEP provides multidisciplinary environmental services supporting sustainable development across the UK for clients such as Homes England, National Grid, the National Trust and many other well-known companies.
The company is based on Faraday Street, one of the park’s main buildings.
Lindsey Cunniff, Associate Director of TEP, said:
“In addition to our commitment to sustainability, the park has a strong sense of community, and these factors played an important role in our decision to relocate.
“The park’s active travel planning, commitment to wellbeing and quality working environment were also driving factors in our move. The process was efficient and easy, thanks in large part to the support of the Birchwood Park leasing team. did.”
