(ABC 6 News) – Well Dining in Rochester announced Sunday that it is transitioning from a restaurant location to a full-service event space.
As of Sunday, December 10th, the restaurant is closed to the general public.
Nick Powers, CEO of Powers Ventures, said: “We know this space is beautiful and can be used for a variety of purposes. “We believe in the potential of the venue, so we want to expand on what it can be. We feel it is the most unique event space in Rochester.”
Kendra Joseph, the restaurant’s director of marketing, said it plans to open as a bookable venue space starting in 2024.
“While we are disappointed to see the restaurant close after a year of operation, we have received overwhelming requests for private parties in this space. The expansion will allow us to serve the needs of other businesses, events, weddings and more,” said Powers President Nick Powers. Ventures. “I would like to thank all of our staff for their dedication during this transition period and our community for their support over the past year. We do our best to provide opportunities.”
Gift cades purchased at The Well can also be redeemed at other restaurant locations, including Hubbell House and Canadian Honker.
Joseph also said he would contact any customers who had reservations for December or early 2024.
