Signing experience
The transformation of Walmart in Statesville is part of Walmart’s Signature Experience, which aims to inspire customers and enhance their in-store experience. Statesville Walmart Supercenter upgrades include:
Activated corner: Inspiring displays are installed in the corners of certain departments to draw customers in and allow them to touch, feel and become a part of the space, allowing them to discover everything Walmart has to offer. That’s what I’m trying to do.
Top divisions: The renovated store features displays showcasing products right out of the box to help customers imagine products that fit into their daily lives.
More spaces to discover: Walmart has created more space for customers to explore and discover the breadth and depth of products their local stores have to offer.
Digital touchpoints: These new touchpoints located throughout the store use QR codes and digital screens to help educate customers about the wide range of products and services Walmart offers online.
For example, in Walmart’s pet area, customers can scan a QR code to find additional dog bed options, learn about Walmart’s pet insurance service options, and have a 20-pound bag of kibble delivered to their door. You can also ask for help.
