The Kol Shofar Congregation will host three free public menorah lightings next month at Point Tiburon Plaza on Hanukkah.
• The Congregation of Kol Shofar will host three free public Hanukkah menorahs on December 7, 9 and 14 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Point Tiburon Plaza, 1701 Tiburon Street. Host a lighting ceremony. In Tiburon. For more information, visit kolshofar.org.
• The Gary Foster Jazz Trio, along with University of Marin music professor Laura Wiebe and guest artists from the University of Marin Chamber Singers, will perform on the acclaimed Vince Guaraldi soundtrack “A Charlie Brown Christmas.” ” and other Christmas favorites at 6 p.m. December 8th at 1:30pm at Tomales Presbyterian Church, 11 Church Street, Tomales. The event is sponsored by Two Rock Valley Church and Tomales Presbyterian Church. The event is free, but donations to the Historic Landmarks Fund are accepted. • Halleck Creek Ranch will host a Christmas party at Rockrose Ranch with special appearances by Santa and donkeys, as well as a barbecue, potluck, sing-along with Tim Flavin and more on Dec. 1 from 3:30 p.m. There will be a horse visitation at Halleck Creek until 6:30 p.m. 3311 Nicasio Valley Road 9, Nicasio.
