LOUISVILLE, Ky. — From twinkling lights to hot cocoa, there’s more than one way to spread holiday cheer around Kentuckiana.

If baked goods are more your style, check out the Christmas Cookie Stroll in downtown Jeffersonville. Stroll through Jeffersonville and explore the city while collecting cookies from participating small businesses and restaurants on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tickets are $13, and organizers are asking participants to bring canned goods for the Lay Service Center.
Holiday Trolley Hop: Skating, Dining, Shopping
Have you ever wanted to ride a trolley? You can do that in downtown Jeffersonville, too. On Dec. 2, Dec. 9 and Dec. 16, you can take a free trolley ride through downtown Jeffersonville for your holiday shopping.
According to the website, the complete circuit takes about 15 minutes and runs from noon to 6 p.m.

Christmas
The Idell Arboretum in Crestwood, Kentucky, will hold several Christmas events from November 26th to December 16th. The event “focuses on traditional family fun, including a quaint railroad village, twinkling lights and decorations, holiday trees, food and drink options,” take-home crafts, and Santa! ”

West Louisville Holiday Festival
This annual festival is in its 11th year. Doors open at 11 a.m., but business hours are noon to 4 p.m. Any visitor can customize some decorations, and the Krause family is filling some stockings with goodies.
There will be live entertainment from the Jefferson County Public Schools orchestra, dance team and The Real Young Prodigies.

Louisville Choir Christmas Songs
If your favorite part of the holiday season is music, you’ll probably enjoy the Louisville Choir’s Christmas Canticle. This annual production includes everything from familiar carols to classic Christmas hymns and will only take place on Sunday, Dec. 17 at 3 p.m.
