Local students participate in the annual Rotary Choral Festival
The Highlands Area Rotary Club’s annual choir festival will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Highlands High School auditorium in Natrona Heights, Harrison.
In addition to Highlands, participating schools are Springdale, Freeport Area and Burrell. Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door.

Apollo Meals on Wheels seeks volunteer help
Apollo Area Meals on Wheel is looking for volunteers to help prepare and deliver meals to customers.

Harrison Staff Toys For Tots Helpful Bus Event
The Stuff A Bus event in support of Toys For Tots will be held from noon to 3 p.m. on Dec. 2 in the parking lot near St. Joseph High School and Allegheny Valley Community Library in Natrona Heights, Harrison.
We also accept new, unwrapped toys and monetary donations. This event is sponsored by the Highland High School National Honor Society.
