Apple Valley, California (VVNG.com) — Walmart security contacted the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Department to report the theft of a large quantity of merchandise by three individuals who left the store without paying.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at approximately 7:42 p.m., in the 20200 block of Highway 18 in Apple Valley.
Deputies found three people matching the description given near the Taco Bell on the east side of the Walmart parking lot, sheriff’s officials said.
After investigation, authorities determined that the person in custody was the same person reported to have stolen merchandise from Walmart, and subsequently arrested him on charges of robbery and criminal conspiracy.
