The Poudre Landmark Foundation and Fort Collins Trolley will be hosting two fun and festive events for all ages.
The Holiday Open House and Boutique will be held at 1879 Avery House, 328 W. Mountain Ave., Fort Collins, on Saturday, December 9th from 11 a.m. and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.
Admission to this historic home is free for all ages.
The event will feature Avery’s Attic, a holiday shopping boutique housed in the Carriage House at 108 N. Meldrum St.
The boutique’s gift items range in price from $0.50 to $50 and include homemade English toffee, jams, cookies, antique needlework, holiday decorations, ornaments, aprons and more.
Santa will be at homes Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. to take photos and ask young people for their wish lists.

Fort Collins Trolley Holiday House begins at 11 a.m. Dec. 9 at the Mountain Avenue Barn, 1801 W. Mountain Ave.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at the barn in Car No. 25, and there will be hot chocolate, photos, meet-and-greets and more for all ages.
Visitors can purchase holiday gifts such as bibs, T-shirts, decorations, trolley toys, stickers and books.
The event is free and no registration is required.
