The Beavercreek Walmart is the same one where 22-year-old John Crawford III of Fairfield was shot and killed by police on August 5, 2014, while he was in possession of a BB gun sold inside the store. It’s a store. The police shooting occurred after a 911 caller reported that Crawford, who was talking on a cell phone, was threatening shoppers with a weapon.
