Free Kids Train Rides – Sundays from 11/26 to 12/17. Kids can ride the Big Blue Trunk Train for free at Top of the Block on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Send a Letter to Santa – November 30th – December 18th Two North Pole Express mailboxes will allow children to send letters to jolly Old Saint Nick. Postbox locations are located next to the Christmas tree and in City Hall Park. Santa visits are from November 30th to December. 18 Children can visit Santa downtown to send their Christmas wishes during the shopping season. Santa will be stationed outside his home port from 3pm to 6pm on Fridays and from 10am to 2pm on weekends.
