“Stuff a Cruiser” event held at Harrison Walmart
A “Stuff a Cruiser” event benefiting Toys for Tots will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Walmart Supercenter at Highlands Mall in Harrison.
Monetary donations and new, unwrapped toys will be accepted at South Armstrong Regional Police and Harrison Police Departments.
A model train display is planned at Appleby Manor Presbyterian Church.
The 32nd Annual Model Railroad Exhibition will be held this weekend at Appleby Manor Presbyterian Church, 810 Main St., Manor Township.
Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm, Monday through November 24th from 6pm to 8pm, and November 25th from 2pm to 6pm. .
The exhibit features N, HO, O, 027, S, and On30 gauge model train operations and a large LEGO display. Admission is either canned food or money donated to the Ford City Food Bank.

Collect food for local families in need
The Vandergrift Police Department is running a “Feed a Family Project” through Saturday.
Non-perishable food items and donations will be accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the borough building at 109 Grant Avenue, manned by Officer Joseph Gray.
Items collected will be distributed to residents who need help putting food on the table on Thanksgiving Day.
