“Traditionally, to receive assistance from 211, you had to call, send an email, or use a website,” Manthei said. “To make this important community resource more accessible, we developed the 211 Wisconsin app. So, really, its purpose is to make these resources readily available to people when they need them most.” It’s about making it possible.”
